Stay on top of your fitness journey with InBody Dial H30 check-ins. Gold's Gym members can schedule a body composition analysis every four weeks to track progress and stay accountable, and adjust their training as needed-no workout program or meal plan required. This service is designed for those who already have a plan but want measurable results to keep them on track.

Pricing: $25 per check-in or $50 for a package of 3 check-ins.
